My name is Lindsay and I am getting married to a professional baseball player. Sound awesome? It sure can be, but not always. Marrying an athlete definitely has its ups and downs and writing the blog helps me share some of my experiences with you all.

While balancing a long distance relationship, I am also a new puppy mom, a full time student, planning a wedding, and working a full time job. Life is never dull, thats for sure. I think i’ve got a good system figured out but with this being my first season not traveling with Alec (fiance), it’s basically a trial year to see if I burn my self out or not.

With all of this being said, we make it work and it is definitely a balancing act but it just all part of “Getting Married to the Game.”
